Coca-Cola sets it’s EYE on Orlando.

This morning, one of I-Drive’s most iconic landmarks received a new name. A little over a year after opening, the Orlando Eye is now rebranded as the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye.

Robin Goodchild, the General Manager of the Eye, explained that some of the new enhancements that will be coming to the attraction starting today.

 One of the most notable changes is that guests will be selected at random to ride a VIP Coca-Cola capsule complete with selfie sticks, a Coca-Cola themed interior, and ice cold Coca-Cola beverages for their ride in the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye.

The SuperSize Orlando team had a chance to ride in one of these new capsules. The ride was very slow and enjoyable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking – 360 degrees of Central Florida while sipping ice cold Coca-Cola products and listening to upbeat dance music. Katie and Mary were both a little scared about taking the 400-foot flight into the sky, but the slow motion and relaxed atmosphere made them feel extremely comfortable and they were able to enjoy the ride and The View. 

The Orlando Eye, and other entertainment offerings within, such as SeaLife Aquarium and Madame Tussauds wax museum, are all handicap and wheelchair accessible.

Through this partnership with Coca-Cola, a whole new dynamic has definitely been brought to Central Florida and this iconic location. It has truly created a family destination in the heart of International Drive.

“The Chew,” returns to Walt Disney World Resort this fall

Fans of “The Chew” and the annual Epcot festival can savor bites inspired by the popular talk show at The Chew Collective in the Next Eats festival area of Future World.  Three delicious dishes – Grilled Beef Skewer with Romaine, Apricots and Feta Cheese; Ricotta and Zucchini Ravioli with Rustic Tomato Sauce and Peanut Butter and White Chocolate Mousse with a Caramel Drizzle – will be the stars of the menu. Epcot vice president Melissa Valiquette said this year’s return of “The Chew” promises plenty of “foodie fun” for festival guests. “We’re delighted that ‘The Chew’ will return this fall to the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival,” Valiquette said.  “Our festival fans are also fans of ‘The Chew,’ and we welcome this powerhouse of a daytime show that dishes up foodie fun with its own unique brand of culinary magic to our ever-evolving festival.”

At the Festival Center, guests can watch screenings of “The Chew” show highlights, cooking and entertaining tips, and same-day episodes of “The Chew” Monday through Friday at 1 p.m. Instructions on how to obtain show taping tickets will be announced at a later date.

In addition, “The Chew” will re-broadcast its 2015 shows taped at Epcot the week of July 25, 2016 as part of the network’s summer programming lineup (Monday-Friday, check local listings).

Super Size Orlando has a super new look

Some of you might have woken up this morning to see that supersize Orlando has a new logo and a whole new look.

Our web designer Justin Bennett has been working feverishly to get the new look and new branding off the ground.

Behind the scenes owner Chad Ridge has assembled a dynamic team to help bring the website and guest experiences to a whole new level.

Super Size Orlando still maintains its commitment to guest with size and disability questions but ultimately is in the pursuit of creating the Ultimate Adventure for everyone that the travels to Central Florida.

Our specially trained guides will help you maneuver around. The use of a guide comes in handy when it comes to learning the inside stories about the parks even though we did not Grant front-of-line access we help drastically reduce the wait time by our knowledge of the parks.

Interactive blog
Our blog is the driving force of information. We love to give our viewers the inside stories of the goings-on in Central Florida we highly encourage our viewers to ask questions so that we can can educate them. We also encourage feedback about their own experiences within the park so that we can help improve and educate others.

Events and meetups

Halloween Horror Nights 26 “The Show Must Go On.”

Early this spring we started getting an eerie look into Halloween Horror Nights 26. Show director Mike Aiello announced that “Chance” was going to be elevated from Jack’s “Deadly Sidekick” into an epic icon.You Won’t Stand a Chance at Halloween Horror Nights 26


 Aiello went on to tell us that this year’s event literally takes place where we left off last year the aftermath of Carnage is still fresh in Chances mind and you  find yourself incarcerated for the crimes of last year.

On select nights from September 16th through October 31st, 2016, the streets of Universal Studios Florida. This year’s Halloween Horror Nights will bring back some very familiar faces such as Michael Myers, Leatherface, The Exorcist and the return of The Walking Dead.
