Universal Orlando’s 2016 Mardi Gras celebration kicks off this Saturday, February 6, featuring a live performance by five-time GRAMMY nominee Hunter Hayes.
Hayes roared onto the music scene with his platinum-selling, No. 1 self-titled debut album and chart-topping second album, Storyline, on Atlantic / Warner Music Nashville. The multi-talented artist has many hits to his credit, including his most recent single “21” and the three No.1 smash hits “Wanted,” “Somebody’s Heartbreak” and “I Want Crazy.”
Universal Orlando’s Mardi Gras celebration begins this Saturday and continues on select nights through April 16. Along with live concerts by some of today’s hottest artists, guests can also enjoy mouthwatering Cajun cuisine, authentic New Orleans bands in the French Quarter Courtyard and a dazzling parade, featuring 12 vibrant floats – including four new additions that celebrate different cultures and festivals from around the world: Venetian Carnival, Oktoberfest, 4th of July and Rio de Janeiro Carnival.
Mardi Gras is included with admission to Universal Studios Florida. For more information and details about special ticket offers, visit www.UniversalOrlando.com/MardiGras.
